Wake up to the sound of the waves and walk barefoot to the beach: Villa Ishe is just 15 metres from the sea and the sand dunes of Campomarino di Maruggio, on the Ionian coast of Salento, Puglia.
THE VILLA
120 m² designed for time together, sleeping up to 10 guests:
- 4 bedrooms, all air-conditioned
- 2 bathrooms (with bidet and shower), hairdryer and toiletries
- Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, hob, fridge and coffee machine
- Dining room and living room with sofa bed, TV and fireplace
- Wi-Fi throughout
- Bed linen and towels included
OUTDOORS
The veranda is the perfect spot for sunset drinks. The shaded porch is ideal for long lunches outside. The garden has a barbecue, an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach, and a washing machine. Parking is inside the property.
There is an EV charging station in the parking area, included in the stay!
THE AREA
The entrance to the Posto9 beach club is right across the road. Walk along the dunes to Torre Ovo. Bus stop 200 m away, train station approx. 35 km, airport approx. 65 km.
OFF-SEASON
With a fireplace and Wi-Fi, the villa is just as comfortable in spring and autumn: quiet beaches, mild weather, and a great base for remote working with a sea view.
GROUPS UP TO 13
The Villa Ishe Dependance (2–3 guests) is on the same property. Both can be booked together: message us for availability.
GOOD TO KNOW
- Entrance and parking are shared with the Dependance guests.
- €200 security deposit, refunded after check-out if there is no damage.
