Mandatory to list on any platform. Requires a preliminary activity notice (CIA) to the local SUAP office and registration on the Puglia regional DMS portal. Without a valid CIN, short-term letting is illegal in Italy.
Guest ID details must be reported to the Police within 24 hours of arrival — it is a legal obligation. Every missed report is subject to a fine. We handle it automatically for every check-in.
Monthly statistical reporting on tourist arrivals and overnight stays, as required by Puglia Region. Often overlooked by owners who self-manage — and it can result in penalties.
